1. Eligibility & Accounts

• Upon successful payment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the purchased course(s) for the duration stated on the course page or order confirmation.
• Course access may include videos, notes, quizzes, assignments, and discussion features. Features can vary by course and may be updated or improved over time.
• Sharing your login or reselling course access is prohibited.

3. Pricing, Payments & Taxes

• Prices are listed on the course page/checkout and may change without prior notice. The price applicable at purchase time applies.
• Payments are processed securely via third-party payment gateways (e.g., [Razorpay/Stripe/PayU – update]). We do not store complete card details on our servers.
• Where applicable, taxes and fees (e.g., GST) may be charged in addition to the listed price and will be shown at checkout.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

• Unless a specific course page states otherwise, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable once access is granted.
• If a course offers a refund window, the eligibility criteria and steps will be clearly stated on the course page (e.g., within [X days] from purchase and subject to usage thresholds).
• In case of duplicate payments or proven technical issues preventing access, contact contact@aspirevirtuals.com with your order details for resolution.

5. Acceptable Use

• Use the Site and content only for lawful purposes and personal learning.
• Do not copy, record, distribute, or make derivative works from our content without written permission.
• Do not attempt to bypass technical protections or disrupt the Site.
• Do not upload or share content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.

6. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks are the property of Aspire Academy or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.
• No rights are granted except the limited license to access the purchased course(s) as specified above.

7. User Content

• If you submit assignments, questions, reviews, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and store that content for providing and improving the services.
• You are responsible for the content you submit and must ensure it does not violate any rights or laws.

8. Assessments, Certificates & Results

• Quizzes, tests, and assessments are provided for learning and evaluation. Scores are for guidance and internal tracking.
• Certificates (if offered) indicate course completion and do not imply professional licensure or guaranteed outcomes.
• Exam eligibility and rules (e.g., ICAI/ICMAI) are governed by the respective bodies and may change independently of our courses.

9. Third-Party Tools & Links

• We may integrate third-party tools (payment gateways, analytics, video hosting, discussion forums). Your use of those tools is subject to their terms and policies.
• External links are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Privacy

11. Communications & Notifications

• By creating an account or purchasing a course, you consent to receive transactional emails/SMS (e.g., receipts, access details, service notices).

12. Disclaimers

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aspire Academy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or use, arising from your use of the Site or courses.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aspire Academy, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

15. Suspension & Termination

• We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws.
• Upon termination, your right to access purchased content may cease as described in your course’s access terms and applicable law.

16. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

18. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures arising from events beyond our reasonable control (including acts of God, network outages, government actions, or platform disruptions).
