Aspire Academy — Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective: 26 August 2025
We do not encourage refunds. Fees are generally non‑refundable. A refund may be considered only in special circumstances listed below, and under no circumstance will a refund be issued after classes have started.
1) Purpose & Scope
This policy governs fee payments for all Aspire Academy (including Aspire Virtuals) programmes and products, across Face‑to‑Face, Online (live), Hybrid, and Recorded/Self‑paced formats.
2) Key Definitions

Batch/Programme: A course or subject offered for a defined period or schedule.

Classes have started (“Class Start”): The earliest of:
a) the first scheduled session for your batch; or
b) your learning‑portal access is activated or first accessed (for live/recorded classes); or
c) physical/soft‑copy study material is issued or made available.
Once any one of the above occurs, no refund is possible.
3) General Policy (No Refunds)
Except as expressly provided in Section 4 (Special Circumstances), all fees are non‑refundable. Change of mind, change in personal schedule, relocation, internet/device issues, exam postponements, or dissatisfaction with teaching style do not qualify for refunds.
4) Refund Eligibility — Special Circumstances (Only Before Class Start)
A refund may be considered only if requested before Class Start and only in the following situations, with documentary proof:

Batch Cancellation by Aspire: If Aspire cancels a batch before it begins and you do not opt for a transfer, you may receive a 100% refund of fees paid.

Material Schedule Change by Aspire: If Aspire reschedules the batch start by more than 14 days and you choose not to continue, you may receive a full refund.

Serious Medical Emergency: A sudden, serious medical condition preventing attendance/participation, certified by a registered medical practitioner. Refunds may be partial after deducting administrative and material costs (see Section 6), at Aspire’s discretion.

Duplicate Payment/Bank Error: Proven duplicate transactions or banking errors will be refunded.

Statutory Requirements: Any refund expressly mandated by applicable law.
Important: Requests that do not fall into the above categories are not eligible for refunds.
5) Strictly No Refunds After Class Start
From the moment Class Start occurs (see Section 2), no refunds will be processed under any circumstance.
6) Non‑Refundable Components & Deductions (where a refund is approved under Section 4)
If a refund is approved (and only before Class Start), the following amounts are non‑refundable and/or may be deducted:

Admission/Registration fee and payment‑gateway charges.

Cost of printed/soft‑copy study materials, shipping, and licensing.

Administrative fee up to ₹1,000 or 5% of total fees paid (whichever is higher).
7) Transfers & Deferrals (Alternative to Refunds)

Before Class Start: One‑time transfer to a different batch/attempt of the same course is generally permitted subject to seat availability. Fee differences (if any) apply; no refund for lower‑priced alternatives.

After Class Start: Transfers/deferrals may be considered only at Aspire’s discretion and may attract a transfer fee. No refunds in any case.
8) How to Request
Submit a written request from your registered email/phone to Aspire:

Your request must include: full name, course/batch, payment reference, reason, and supporting documents (e.g., medical certificate, bank proof). Aspire may ask for additional verification.
9) Processing Timeline & Method

Approved refunds (under Section 4 only) are typically processed within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment. Timelines may vary due to bank/processor workflows.

For EMI/BNPL or third‑party finance plans, any charges/interest are handled as per the financier’s terms and are not controlled by Aspire.
10) Compliance, Changes & Acceptance

This policy is subject to and shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable Indian law, including consumer protection norms. Nothing herein restricts any non‑excludable statutory rights you may have.

Aspire may update this policy at any time. The version effective on the date of your payment/enrolment will apply.
