This is a rare, well-made Peacoat. It is double-breasted with shoulder pads, and lots of unique buttons. An extra button is located on the inside. The Forester brand, made in the Dominican Republic. It is a 16-plus Women's Wool Peacoat. Excellent NWOT condition. Never worn. No flaws.
