Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective: 26 August 2025
We do not encourage refunds. Fees are generally non‑refundable. A refund may be considered only in special circumstances listed below, and under no circumstance will a refund be issued after classes have started.
1) Purpose & Scope
This policy applies to all Aspire Academy programmes (including Aspire Virtuals) across Face‑to‑Face, Online (live), Hybrid, and Recorded/Self‑paced formats.
2) Key Definitions
Batch/Programme: A course or subject with a defined schedule.
Class Start: The earliest of (a) the first scheduled session; (b) activation or first access of your learning‑portal for live/recorded classes; or (c) issuance/availability of study materials. Once any of these occurs, no refund is possible.
3) General Policy (No Refunds)
Except as in Section 4, all fees are non‑refundable. The following do not qualify for refunds: change of mind/schedule, relocation, device/internet issues, exam postponements, or dissatisfaction with teaching style.
4) Refund Eligibility — Special Circumstances (Only Before Class Start)
- Batch cancellation by Aspire: 100% refund if you do not opt for a transfer.
- Material schedule change by Aspire: If start is rescheduled by more than 14 days, full refund on request.
- Serious medical emergency: Certified by a registered medical practitioner; partial refund at Aspire’s discretion after deductions in Section 6.
- Duplicate payment/bank error: Refunded upon verification.
- Statutory requirements: Any refund mandated by applicable law.
Requests outside the above categories are not eligible.
5) Strictly No Refunds After Class Start
From the moment Class Start occurs, no refunds will be processed under any circumstance.
6) Non‑Refundable Components & Deductions
For approved refunds (before Class Start):
- Admission/registration fee and payment‑gateway charges.
- Cost of printed/soft‑copy study materials, shipping, and licensing.
- Administrative fee up to ₹1,000 or 5% of total fees paid (whichever is higher).
7) Transfers & Deferrals (Alternative to Refunds)
- Before Class Start: One‑time transfer to a different batch/attempt of the same course, subject to seat availability. Price differences apply; no refund for lower‑priced options.
- After Class Start: At Aspire’s discretion and may attract a transfer fee. No refunds.
8) How to Request

9) Processing Timeline & Method
- Approved refunds (under Section 4) are typically processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method; bank/processor timelines may vary.
- For EMI/BNPL or third‑party finance, charges/interest are as per financier terms.
10) Compliance, Changes & Acceptance
- Subject to applicable Indian law and consumer protection norms; statutory rights remain unaffected.
- Policy may be updated; the version effective on the date of your payment/enrolment applies.
- By paying any fee, you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted this policy.
